Basic Pistol - MS Enhanced Carry Permit

Service Description

This is a one-day PFTA proprietary course curriculum designed to teach students how to safely use a handgun. It also covers different types of pistols and revolvers, how they operate, pros and cons of each type, and the proper ammunition for each. This course covers the importance of being aware of your surroundings ("situational awareness"), introduces defensive firearms concepts, and covers the legal and ethical aspects of carrying and using a firearm in defense of yourself and/or others. The completion of this course qualifies students for the Enhanced Endorsement to the Mississippi Firearms Permit.
